Why BaatBanao exists
BaatBanao was created around a common communication problem: people often know that a payment is due but struggle to ask without damaging a personal or business relationship. The product helps users draft an editable reminder in Hindi, Hinglish, Bhojpuri or English and, if they choose, keep a local record in their browser.
How content is reviewed
- Examples are checked for clarity, respectful wording and a specific next action.
- Messages are not presented as a guarantee of payment.
- Threats, insults, public shaming and invented legal claims are avoided.
- Payment amounts, names, dates and UPI details remain the user’s responsibility to verify.
- Guides involving escalation include a reminder that they are general communication guidance, not legal advice.
Testing and corrections
Core flows—including reminder generation, mobile layout, copy actions, WhatsApp hand-off and local khata behaviour—are tested as the product changes. If you find an inaccurate example, broken feature or unclear disclosure, use the contact page to report it.
Transparency
BaatBanao uses local browser storage for khata data and basic analytics to understand feature usage. Details are available in the Privacy Policy. The content process is explained in the Editorial Policy.
